The Health, Education & Social Services Committee submitted the                
following report to correct the report submitted on February 16, 2000,         
(page 2202) for:                                                               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 224                                                            
"An Act requiring a public employee labor organization                        
representing employees of a school district, regional educational              
attendance area, or a state boarding school to give notice before              
striking."                                                                     
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:
